1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ra444 online gaming platform, including its website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

ra444 reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Terms & Conditions page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of commercial and consumer law. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the ra444 website at ra444.app and all services available through it.
• "Player" / "You" means any registered account holder who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "ra444" / "We" / "Us" means the operator of the ra444 Platform and all associated services.
• "Account Balance" means the total of deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable), and winnings held in your ra444 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts granted by ra444 under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by ra444 before processing withdrawals or following unusual account activity.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the ra444 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are aged 18 years or older. ra444 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under your local laws. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not have an existing ra444 account that has been suspended or permanently closed by ra444.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ra444 or any voluntary exclusion period.

2.1 Age Verification Process

ra444 may request proof of age documentation at any point — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers an internal review. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Documents must be valid, legible, and issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Accounts for which age verification cannot be completed to ra444's satisfaction will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is resolved. ra444 will not be held liable for any delays in withdrawals arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory identity documentation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Registering multiple accounts — for any reason, including attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You must update this information promptly if any details change after registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ra444 username and password. ra444 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-step verification. You must notify ra444 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ra444 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or to report a suspected breach promptly.

3.3 Account Sharing

Your account is strictly personal. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account, place wagers on your behalf, or conduct any transactions through your account. Accounts found to be shared — whether intentionally or through negligence — may be suspended pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ra444 supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount across most supported methods is ৳200. Specific method minimums are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically confirmed and credited to your account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may require up to one business day to reflect in your account balance depending on the sending institution's processing times.
• ra444 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond ra444's control.
• ra444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence (such as a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad transaction confirmation) before crediting a deposit that has not been automatically confirmed through the payment gateway.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the support team.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for bKash and Nagad is within two hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfers may take up to three business days.
• ra444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven days of a request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your VIP tier and are disclosed in the account settings area.
• Funds originating from bonus credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated with each offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

1. Each bonus promotion is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
3. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino tables, slots, and other game categories may carry different contribution percentages, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
4. ra444 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that active wagering requirements already in progress are honoured.
5. Bonuses are issued in good faith for recreational players. ra444 reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings from accounts where bonus-exploitation strategies — such as low-risk matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — are identified.

5.2 VIP Programme

The ra444 VIP programme operates on a tiered points system. Players accumulate points on every qualifying real-money wager. Points thresholds for each tier, reward values, and tier maintenance requirements are published in the VIP section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. VIP status and associated points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ra444 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero. Each studio's games operate under independently audited random number generators (RNG), ensuring that all outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by ra444 or any player.

6.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error affecting a game round, that round's outcome will be considered void and any stakes placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance. ra444 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to have resulted from a malfunction scenario beyond the return of the original stake.

6.2 Disputed Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise the dispute via live chat within 48 hours of the relevant game round completing. ra444 will review the game logs from the provider and respond within five business days. The decision of the game provider's certified RNG records shall be considered final in all outcome disputes.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket and sports betting markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB for Bangladesh cricket; FIFA for football). In-play bets placed after an event's official result has been determined — due to latency or display delay — will be voided. ra444 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice where integrity concerns arise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ra444 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, all pending withdrawals placed on hold, and the matter reviewed by our security team. Confirmed cases of prohibited conduct will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances to the extent permitted under applicable law.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker variants or coordinated live casino betting strategies.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, providing false identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity during KYC verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered bug will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime regulations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ra444 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Platform's software, code, or proprietary content.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, including through the use of different identities, email addresses, or payment methods.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ra444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the account poses a financial crime risk, or that continued operation of the account is contrary to the interests of the Platform or its player community.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting ra444 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of one week, one month, three months, six months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, and ra444 will make reasonable efforts to ensure no marketing communications are sent to the excluded player. 8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ra444 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse is confirmed, winnings derived from the prohibited activity will be forfeited in full. ra444 will retain records of the account and the reasons for closure indefinitely for compliance and audit purposes.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

ra444's liability to any player in connection with the Platform and these Terms shall be limited to the return of the player's verified real-money account balance at the time any claim arises, excluding bonus funds. ra444 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of profits, loss of winnings that would have been earned, or reputational damage of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits ra444's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on its own part.

8.5 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. All communications between ra444 and players regarding formal disputes shall be conducted in English.
